About Me

First and foremost - I'm a System Center fanatic! Well Service Manager fanatic to be more precise.

I think Service Manager either gets a bad rap or not enough attention for all the cool stuff you can do with it. Of course, therein lies the problem. The stuff you can do with it. The stuff you could build with it.

A lot of people want to buy a solution, spend little to no time configuring it, and it to just work. Unfortunately, Service Manager much like the rest of the System Center suite is not like that. I want to do everything I can to provide free recipes for building out your System Center environment to it's fullest, most awesome potential.

That said, I want to offer all the advice I possibly can with stock functionality and free 3rd party tools, management packs, and integration packs. BUT! Make no mistake. There are some amazing 3rd party companies out there whose wares I at the very least want to bring to your attention. So as a general disclaimer:
  • I don't work for them
  • I don't make a dime (or any amount of currency) mentioning them here
